Because we own the properties we manage, we are able to approve applications, execute leases and provide build-out services for our tenants immediately, saving you valuable time and money.

Our tenants are happy! They are choosing to renew their lease every year. Many tenants have been with us 10-15 years. The average length of tenancy currently is eight years.
